Comfortable and fantastic place, it has absolutely kind staff at the reception desk. Lobby restaurant is great for dinner.

The room was to be cleaned by housekeeping and available with a comfortable bed, all comfort and good facilities. The decent and easy location was close to Moods.

Loved that the hotel was ideal and had superbly friendly and accommodating staff at the reception desk. We were offered superior queen room complete with nice large bed. The location was marvellous and perfect, so close to the most' trending' neighbourhoods, in a modern area.

This hotel was reasonable base for exploring Zurich, appreciated it and venue’s amazingly attentive and very attentive staff at the reception desk. The breakfast was hot and above average, so much to pick from. The location close to airport was nice and perfect. Plus, it was adjacent to the main center, bus and tram stops and parks and trails, and a short cab or tram to all good places.

It was in the best possible and strategic location so close to Freitag. Thanks to the incredibly attentive staff everything was modern, including lots of tasty food.

I had a great time at Novotel. The tram services were very convenient, with a tram arriving every 15 minutes. The cozy room was perfect for my stay. The highlight was the food festival happening during my visit, where I got to taste a wide variety of delicious food options. The staff were very nice and understanding, even offering a reduction in price for any inconvenience I experienced. I would recommend this hotel for its location and pleasant atmosphere.

I don't know if it was the weather at the time but our room was realy moist. Like our bedsheets felt a little wet.

Superior queen room was practical and new-fashioned had electric blankets and hypoallergenic pillows. The breakfast was warm and marvellous with salmon, which was a good deal, food and drinks, friendly service. It had marvellous and perfect location near Turbinenplatz. There was a lobby restaurant nearby.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Zurich that was very conveniently located. It was right in the center of the city, next to a tram stop and near the central station. The hotel was away from the hustle and bustle of the city, providing a peaceful stay. The room I had was spacious and comfortable, with a clean and well-equipped bathroom. The staff at the hotel were polite and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel also had convenient facilities such as a pool and parking facilities.

During my stay, I did notice that the hotel seemed understaffed, leading to long queues during check-in. I feel that they could benefit from having more staff members available to assist guests during busy periods.
