stayed at novotel for 3 nights in the superior queen room. loved the nice cosy room and the food festival nearby was amazing. trying different food options was a highlight! also, the tram service was super convenient, running at 15-minute intervals.

So we ended up here due to some hiccups next door. The staff was top-notch, super friendly and helpful! Our room was pretty clean and modern, but a bit tight for our family. Loved the breakfast on the terrace. Just wish the basin had worked better and there were some updates needed on the shampoo bottles.
